Webeons Technologies provides software engineering services including web development, product design, mobile app development, backend engineering, AI integration, and cloud infrastructure. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual project agreements.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of all custom code, designs, and deliverables created for their project. Webeons retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment terms
Payment schedules are defined in individual project agreements. Standard terms require a deposit before work begins, with milestone-based payments throughout the project.
Limitation of liability
Webeons Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
